Stage 1
Profile Building
Our profile framework covers your goals, the best way you learn, and your interests. We build this through key questions that cover your natural tendencies to figure out how we can best tutor you.
Curriculum Setting
After understanding your goals and the timeframe, your mentor will build a curriculum specific to you. Built into this are 4 research-backed teaching methods that ensure knowledge retention.
Mentor Meeting
Stage 2
Tailored Lesson Plans
Before each session, your mentor will use our AI system, their expertise, and your profile to build lesson plans for your tutor(s). These ensure that our tutors cover all the topics in a way that engages you.
Improve Base Knowledge
We use the first sessions to cover the base knowledge for your subject, ensuring that your foundation is strong for future topics. We will also introduce some of the teaching methods that you'll experience.
Learn more about you
Your Mentor will collect feedback from you and your tutor after each session, adapting your profile and curriculum. They'll also be running data analysis to present to you when you next meet.
Initial Tutoring
Stage 3
Progress Update
Your Mentor will take the collected feedback and present it to you in easy-to-digest formats. We want you to have all the information we do, so you can see your child's progress.
Curriculum Setting
Once you've received your progress update, your mentor will give recommendations concerning your child's curriculum and profile, giving you the final say on any changes.
Review Session
Stage 4
Regular Mentor Reviews
You'll meet your Mentor every 5-7 weeks to review progress. Our goal is to take the stress out of improving grades, so you'll be fully informed throughout the process.
Dynamic Improvement
Your mentor will be adjusting your tutoring themselves in between these reviews, highlighting problem areas to tutors, adding in exam preparation as needed, and adjusting lesson plans.
Exam Preparation
We believe mastering exam techniques is key to advancing grade boundaries. Throughout our programme, you'll refine these skills with the help of both senior examiners and your tutors.
